中华人民共和国道路交通安全法
为了维护道路交通秩序，预防和减少交通事故，保护人身安全，保护公民、法人和其他组织的财产安全及其他合法权益，提高通行效率，制定本法。本法自2004年5月1日起施行。2021年4月29日第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十八次会议《关于修改〈中华人民共和国道路交通安全法〉等八部法律的决定》第三次修正。
